You can capture a single frame from a movie and save it as a JPEG still
picture.

Press the four-way controller (2)
in Step 3 on p.157 to pause the
movie, and display the frame to
save as a still picture.
While paused, you can forward or
reverse the movie in one-frame
increments using the four-way controller
(45).
The frame number and total number of
frames appear at the top right of the
screen.

Press the L button.
The save confirmation screen appears.

Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Save as] and
press the 4 button.
The captured image is saved as a new image.
