Taking pictures
Using the [Rec] menu

[Multi Expo.]
This mode allows you to combine two or three still pictures into a single one.
Settings
[Start] Start taking pictures.
Decide on your composition and take the first picture
Press to select [Next] and then [MENU/SET]
[Retake]: Delete the result of the last shot and take another picture.
[Exit]: Exit Multi Exposure and save the picture that was taken.
Take the second and third pictures
When you press [MENU/SET] while taking pictures, the pictures that
you took are saved and Multi Exposure is closed.
Use cursor buttons to select [Exit] and then press [MENU/SET]
[Auto Gain] [ON]: Combines several pictures into one by automatically adjusting the
brightness in accordance with the number of pictures taken.
[OFF]: Combines several pictures into one by simply overlapping them
without any brightness adjustments.
Since this setting may create a combined picture that is too bright
for some situations, it may be advisable to set an Exposure
Compensation.
Still pictures are not saved in memory until Multi Exposure is ended.
Information for the picture taken last will be used as recording information of pictures
taken using Multi Exposure.
The resolution setting will be fixed at the point at which you select [Start].
The zoom position and White Balance are fixed at the point at which you take the first
picture.
There are some restrictions on the functions, for example, you will not be able to use
the following functions.
• [Burst Shooting]
• [i.Dynamic]
• [Auto Bracket]
• [Aspect Bracket]
• [WB Bracket]
