When using cards already containing the same folder number (for example, pictures taken
with other cameras, etc.).
When recording after performing [No.Reset].

The camera can be connected to your computer even if [USB Mode] (→39) is set to
[PictBridge(PTP)].
• Only picture output can be performed.
• It may not be possible to import if there are 1000 or more pictures on the card.
• Motion pictures, 3D still pictures or RAW pictures cannot be read.
Do not use any other USB cables except the supplied genuine Leica USB cable.
Turn off the power before inserting or removing memory cards.
Use a sufficiently charged battery. When the battery begins to run out during
communication, the status indicator flashes and a warning beep sounds. Cancel the
communication via your computer immediately.
Setting the [USB Mode] to [PC] eliminates the need to make the setting each time the
camera is connected to the computer.
