The camera does not communicate with the computer.
The connection is incorrect (→190).
Check whether computer has recognized the camera.
→ Set [USB Mode] to [PC] (→39).
→ Turn the camera off and then on again.
The computer does not recognize the card (only reads the built-in memory).
Disconnect the USB cable and reconnect with a card inserted.
The computer does not recognize the card. (When using an SDXC memory card)
→ Check whether your computer is compatible with SDXC memory cards.
→ A message prompting you to format the card may appear when you connect it. Do not format the
card.
→ If the [Access] indicator on the monitor does not go off, turn off the camera’s power before
